About WBP Studios
WBP Studios is a creative home where artistry, education, and storytelling meet impact.
Founded by award-winning actor Cassandra Blair, WBP Studios was born from a passion for performance and a belief in the power of stories to inspire change. It’s a space for building — building craft, building community, and building work that makes people stop, listen, and feel.
We’re not just one thing. We are:
  • A space where actors sharpen their skills and discover how to deliver performances that are bold, compelling, and unforgettable.
  • A production company in development, dedicated to creating work that entertains and resonates.
  • An incubator for diverse voices, ensuring that BIPOC and underrepresented creatives have the support they need to tell their stories.
  • A hub for conversation and connection, whether in a classroom, on a set, or through a podcast.
WBP Studios is Cassandra’s creative outlet — and an open invitation for others to bring their best work forward.

What We Do
Casting directors want more than talent — they want you. As an acting teacher and coach, Cassandra Blair helps artists merge craft with truth, building confidence through coaching, workshops, and career guidance.
Every story can shift perspective, spark conversation, or move culture. At WBP Studios, we work with writers and productions to create bold, diverse, impactful projects that entertain while leaving a lasting impression.
Life’s messy. Hey… you good? is Cassandra Blair’s advice podcast tackling serious dilemmas and painfully unimportant questions with sharp humor, honesty, and un-credentialed (but surprisingly solid) wisdom.

What people are saying...
Cameron Kelly
Actor/Comedian/Writer, Los Angeles
"As a coach... she's generous, insightful, and has a knack for spotting the kind of text details you'd never notice. Her feedback is sharp and specific, yet always encouraging. Every session leaves you not only with stronger work, but with a deeper understanding of the material."
Melina Alves
Actor/Producer, Los Angeles
Cassandra has an unmatched ability to instantly diagnose a character and dive into their essence... She not only calmed my nerves but also pushed me beyond my limits, pulling out a performance that was exactly what the director envisioned. Cassandra is not only a powerful actress but also a transformative coach with a rare gift; I couldn't recommend her more highly.
Melissa Brooke Ward
Actor, New York
"One co-Star credit, and a few successful stand up comedy shows, but I couldn’t find my niche…Cassandra Blair to the rescue! ...through coaching and advice, my acting abilities began to shift. A turning point was a small role in a wild feature film shot in Vermont that changed my resume and opened me up to more opportunities."
Sam Howard
Actor/Comedian/Writer, Los Angeles
“Cassandra isn’t just talented…
Her ability to break things down and explain them… to direct, and guide, and pull out the best in others- it is unparalleled.
She simplifies the more technical pieces in attuned and customized ways that keep everyone present enough to do their best, and she does this without the ego that sometimes comes paired with other teachers, coaches and directors. Cassandra is the acting teacher that every person needs.”

Kyra Selman
Actor, Los Angeles
"Cassandra has a way of coaching you to a super specific, moment to moment performance that feels so naturally YOU. She is not one to let you slide by with an okay take but pushes you to find your own authenticity in a way that the scene just feels like a slice of life and not like acting."
Roni Geva
Actor/Writer/Producer, Los Angeles
“Cassandra is so present in her teaching - she accepts you just as you are and gently pushes you to find an even more authentic approach to [the] character.”
Christina Uyeno
Actor, Las Vegas
"Really grateful for this lady for meeting up with me when she did... After having many toxic acting experiences, I'm super picky with who I learn from and I TRUST [Cassandra Blair]."
